POSITION: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
LOCATION: CHENNAI
As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report
to the Chairperson. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning,
implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.
This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic
planning, job costing, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and
institutional financing.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

A degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable

8+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of
the organization

* Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound
judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.

* High level of integrity and a strong sense results-orientated drive.
- Ideate and practice tools and systems for providing critical financial and
* operational information to the top management and make recommendations on both
strategy and operations.

* Engage in the finance, audit, and oversee budgeting, budget implementations in order to monitor progress and present financial metrics both internally and externally.

* Manage; track the performance in keeping with the policies and investment guidelines established by the committee.
POSITION: EXECUTIVE – ADMINISTRATION (REAL ESTATE)
LOCATION: CHENNAI
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Fresher or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are preferred.
Strong communication skills are mandatory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Collect, compile and maintain data/information on action items, matters requiring follow-up.

* Handle customer queries & feedbacks.

* Coordinate showings & obtain feedback.

* Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems.

* Obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures and other necessary documentation.
