Position : Accounts Head (CA profile)

Location : Chennai.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations; coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.

Audit Management: Lead and coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits, ensuring timely closure of audit observations.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management in budget preparation, financial planning, and variance analysis.

Tax Planning & Filing: Manage tax computations, return filings, and support effective tax planning strategies.

Internal Controls: Establish and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate reporting.

Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital requirements, and optimize fund utilization.

Team Supervision: Manage and guide the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes.

Management Reporting: Provide financial insights, MIS reports, and analytical support for strategic decision-making.

Position: Sales Executives / Associates (Steel Pipes/Tubes)

Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities:

We are hiring candidates for multiple locations: Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore.

Develop sales and promotional strategies by analyzing market trends, upcoming pipeline projects, and competitor strategies.

Ability to gather and maintain a database of industrial clients.

Engage in cold calling and direct sales activities to expand the client portfolio.

Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on quotations for orders.

Create and submit tenders for pipes with ISI specifications, including tender analysis, technical deviations, costing, offer preparation, documentation, and final submission.

Manage order execution, coordinate with the Quality team, and ensure dispatch of finished goods to clients.

Liaise with third-party inspection agencies.

Follow up for payments, manage the release of bank guarantees, and handle submission of LC documents.

Involved in strategic planning, B2B channel management, team coordination, and new business development.

Skill & Education Qualification:

  • Prior experience (2-4 years) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Should be able to communicate and write in multiple languages.
  • Any professional degree would be preferred
