Work philosophy

INCEPTION

Mr. Meghraj Sakariya, founder and chairperson of Megh Group of industries was born in Sanderoa, Rajasthan. At a very young age of 16, he commenced his journey to Chennai with a vision to start a business of his own and he did so by starting off with a small scale steel vessel shop. As an aspiring young man, his wish was to start and succeed in the industry he forayed in. True to his vision and aspiration, very soon he established “Mahalakshmi Seamless” – a factory in Nagothane, Mumbai.

PATH TO GLORY

The ability to launch and operate productively and profitably was possible only because of the untiring efforts, acute focus, utmost discipline and his dedication to see his vision come true in reality. With a fearless attitude and the nature to constantly evolve and assess the implemented tools and methodologies paved the way to achieve the company’s vision and mission sooner than anyone could ever dream of.

THE MAN HIMSELF

Nothing was ever on track, nothing was preordained. Founder and Chairperson Mr. Meghraj Sakariya chiseled the success path for him and for the generations to follow. He was a natural people’s person, a true embodiment of an efficient leader. Yes. Spotting talent is one of the essential elements of great leadership. Mr.Meghraj had it to a remarkable degree. He was not a military mastermind, but he was a natural born leader and a man of absolute integrity. He motivated the employees to reach the best of his/her potential which led them to perform with greater degree of operational efficiency which resulted in combined growth.
